Lactose Intolerance

Well, i am...and i just foudn out recently...because i put two and two to gether...i eat dairy...and later i get gas, cramps, and lose stools....i never put two and two together YEARS ago...hell...not even 5 years ago...

so...since i am new to this...and sometimes wiki or webmd doesn't do much in telling me WHAT foods cause the symptoms...

anyoen here Lactose Intolerant and can help me? I know basic things like Milk and cheese...but what KIND of cheese? would cheesey thigns like...goldfish crackers or cheetos do it too? doritos? What about milk chocolate...that has milk in it....pudding?

i know Yogurt doesn't do anything because of the cultures in it....yay yogurt...and usualy if i want to eat dairy i take Lactaid pills (i have started to realize the off EQUATE brand don't help much)...

i also drink lactaid milk...

but my main concern is what foods aside from the obvious milk and cheese....and.....what relief can i find if i accidentaly take in dairy and forget to take lactaid pills (thus regretting it later with battle shits, gas, bloating and cramps)
